Returns

• You can return most items within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags.

• Returns will not be accepted for used, damaged, or altered products.

• Certain items like jewellery, innerwear, and sale items are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email or WhatsApp.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

Exchange

• If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
